If we are faced with cases where it is clear that there are animals being abused or living in very bad conditions, it is the duty of all of us to report the case to the organizations involved in helping dogs in need. And the dog protagonist of this story survived thanks to the fact that people did not remain indifferent but let it be known that the animal lived on a chain. When rescuers rescued him, he smiled. Nevertheless, he had not lost his zest for life.

When deciding to adopt a dog, its welfare should be the owners priority. Unfortunately, however, this is not always the case and thus we witness scenes of animals living in hallucinatory conditions. The little dog in this story was in the city of San Miguel, El Salvador. I only had to look at him once to understand his whole malaise.

The dog was permanently tied to a chain. He could no longer move or stand. His owners were completely indifferent and slowly let him die.

Thanks to the attention of his neighbors, the dog is safe today. In fact, these people reported his case to an organization that helps animals in need. In fact, the dog was clearly malnourished and could not walk. His legs no longer supported his body.
