Set to a remix of Brittany Spears Toxic and Ginuwines Pony, the clip featured Mahomes who is expecting her third kid with quarterback husband Patrick Mahomes doing standing bicep curls on the cable machine and barbell bicep curls.
The video then captured her doing a series of barbell squats.
Pregnancy, and postpartum the caption read with a handshake emoji in the middle of the words.

The soon to be mother of three also shares son Patrick Bronze Lavon Mahomes III, who turns two in November, and daughter Sterling Skye, 3, with her husband, 29.
On Sunday, Sept. 29, she shared a snap of her posing during the Kansas City Chiefs match against the Los Angeles Chargers, which saw the Chiefs win 17-10 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
